Chelsea looks so great in this picture,where was she? and how come aren't more people looking at her and or trying to get their picture made with her? there should have been a line around the bar,am i right or am i right?

Yes that's for sure and they're beach balls that swell bigger everytime they get squeezed or pressed or just bumped into.   I'm imagining her playing with an actual beach ball with her own beach balls bouncing. A pure life guard distraction. Close the beach.
